When you place your address and punch in your delivery location, an estimated time will be calculated and it will be displayed at the checkout.

You Brownie points get accumulated in Foodiecart wallet. You can go to ‘My Account’, Click on ‘FC wallet’ and Redeem it by either getting discounts in the current order ‘or’ you can redeem by buying Foodiecart Merchandise equivalent to point value. 1 point = INR 50 paise

Order Cancellation – To cancel the order, you need to speak to our Foodie agent. The agent will confirm the order status at restaurant and if it is not processed than you are eligible for cancellations. In-case of order rejection from restaurant, you will receive the call from our foodie Agent and you will be eligible for refunds in-case if you have already paid online. Refunds – You are eligible for refunds in case of; - Failed transaction -Unavailability of food item you have paid for -Delivery of incomplete order In any of the above case, you need to speak to our foodie agent and on the proper analysis of the situation, the settlement will be done. Request you to kindly co-operate if such situation arises.

Offers can be in form of discount coupon code. The unique code comes with a limited validity. You can punch this code at the time of checkout and the amount will be automatically deducted from the order amount.
